Not-in-stock items in orders which contain also batteries in stock, cannot be shipped separately for free. It means we do not provide free second shipping for ordered items which are coming later, e.g. if there is one item in stock and other item is coming a week later, we can ship items when the other one is instocked or we can ship it separately for extra shipping fee.Delivery dates are only approximate to use reasonable endeavours to effect delivery by that date. No liability will be accepted by NTB CZ Ltd. for failure to meet a listed delivery date. In case of delays caused by circumstances beyond our control we will not held responsible or to account for any business loss (e.g. contracts, loss of profits, wasted expenditure) or any indirect or consequential loss that was not anticipated to you or us. We are responsible for packing our products the best possible way to deliver it in proper quality, but we highly recommend to unpack the parcel and check the item/s at the moment of delivery. If any damage occurs, please write a report with the carrier and consequently notify us about the problem. UPS or GLS parcel service will contact us and will be solving the claim with us. You are responsible for your own choice of the product and the suitability. Please make sure according to our part numbers, listed models or both that the product you have found on our website is compatible with your digital camera, camcorder, notebook, PDA or power tool.
