Payment Method

Battshop.eu accepts payments by credit card (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro), by PayPal (PayPal also allows payments by some specific credit cards and funds as American Express, DISCOVER, CB, Aurore, Cofinoga, 4étoiles, Solo, DIRECT Debit, EC, giropay, etc.) and newly via wire transfer (this option will be displayed when order reach or exceed 100 Eur of total amount incl VAT).

How To Settle The Order By PayPal?

When you finish your order and click on the button "Confirm the order", you will see confirmation sentence „Your order was successfuly received.“ Bellow this sentence you can find detailed information such as reference number of your order, account ID and password, possibility to print the order and payment information with the payment button „PayPal“.

By clicking on the button with PayPal logo, you will be transferred to secure PayPal pages where you can log in or sign in to your PayPal account to submit the payment.

After you settle your order and the payment is authorized, you will be automatically retransferred back to our website www.battshop.eu

How To Settle The Order By Credit Card?

In the order form please select "Credit Card" as the payment option, choose the type of your credit card shown bellow and confirm your order. You will see confirmation sentence „Your order was successfuly received.“ Bellow this sentence you can find detailed information such as reference number of your order, account ID and password, posibility to print the order, payment information and the payment button with logo of your credit card. By clicking on it you will be transferred to secure payment gate where you can finish your payment.

!!NEW!! How To Settle The Order Via Wire Transfer?

Payment via wire transfer is newly added option available on our eshop. If your order exceeds amount of 100 Eur incl. VAT the system will automatically display this payment option among the other two. Select this option and confirm the order. There will be no extra link or payment button which allows you to settle the order so please wait until we send you the invoice via email, we will support you with all the needed payment information in there.

When We Will Start To Process Your Order?

At the moment you confirm the order and submit the payment, we will receive email with attached order and if the order was settled successfuly, also confirmation about the payment . The order will be then visible in our system and we can start to process it. We manually verify if the payment was credited to our account and if you are tax payer we will also verify the VAT and refund it to your account. The tax has been stated on 20%.

The next step is availability of the product. If the item/s is/are not in stock we usually send notification by email about instocking date. We do not have to inform our customers about the availability of our products if the instocking date is already shown on our site in the detail of the product but we try to contact each customer if possible.

Shipment method

We use GLS (General Logistics Systems B.V., Amsterdam) as our shipping service. GLS is a Pan-European company providing parcel and express services and already operates in 36 European states. GLS delivers parcels from Monday to Friday during usual office hours. If GLS courier is not able to deliver the parcel for the first time (e.g.if consignee is absent at time of delivery attempt), he will leave a delivery note in the postbox. 2nd delivery attempt will be realized next business day. If consignee is absent at time of 2nd attempt, delivered parcel will be returned back to us.
