All our products are warranted for 12 months unless otherwise stated, starting from the date of issuing the invoice.
We provide 30-day money back guarantee from the date of shipping on all unpacked functional products. 30% restocking fee will be assessed if the product/s will have visible marks of unpacking or use, will be damaged or will not be complete. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please inform us about the claim as soon as possible on our email rma@battshop.eu to let us provide you with RMA* and make following steps smoothly and fast.
In case you will receive wrong product/s by our mistake, please contact us by email info@battshop.eu, online chat, or by phone to solve it. Appropriate exchange will be made after wrong product/s will be returned.
Within the warranty, you can return the product/s for replacement or repair. All claims should have their RMA. Products returned without RMA will not be accepted. You can get your RMA ONLY by request on our email address rma@battshop.eu
RMA request must contain description of the defect, reference number of your invoice or order, and the type of your digital camera, camcorder,notebook, PDA, or power tool with which you used our product.
The initial date of the warranty repair period begins on the date the claimed product/s is/are delivered to the seller (NTB CZ, V Lukach 1003, 53803 Hermanuv Mestec, Czech Republic) and not the date the purchaser (buyer) requests RMA number through email rma@battshop.eu
Our warranty does not include the goods used with our products.
Battery is the product with LIMITED life, normal loss of its original capacity after one year of use cannot be accepted as a subject for the claim. You can see more in section Tips and Tricks.
We will examine all the products which will be claimed for capacity loss or charging defects. In case the claim will take longer time than 30 days to repair or replace, we will inform you by telephone or email and handle next steps with you to settle your claim. We are here to provide you the best servise we can, however you should understand we can maintain more claims at the moment of receiving yours. We reserve the right to make compensation of faulty item by replacing it with a new one with the same or similar technical parametres (e.g.capacity, color).

You may send the product/s with awarded RMA to the address bellow. Please MARK the parcel with awarded RMA (parcels without RMA will NOT be accepted). Purchaser is responsible for paying shipping fee to return the product/s to us for refund or exchange. We pay for the resending fee only in case of replacing faulty goods.
